BRAND NEW 60” Wide Conveyor Material Placing Bucket Attachment

The Conveyor Material Placing Bucket Attachment consists of a heavy gauge steel bucket with a built-in variable speed cleated conveyor belt that can place aggregate materials up to 3" in size as well as Soils and even Concrete and Asphalt (with the use of a different conveyor belt) a maximum distance of 18' (based on material type and job conditions). The Conveyor belt is bi-directional, allowing material to be placed from either side of the bucket. There is a removable interior center bar intended to protect the conveyor belt when loading material in the bucket.  There are also adjustable baffles attached to the center bar to help segregate material and regulate material flow onto the conveyor belt.  The 60” wide bucket material capacity is a maximum of 1 yard.  The bucket can be equipped with an optional double edge cutting blade, allowing the Conveyor Material Placing Bucket Attachment to be used in most applications as that of a standard bucket.

We also have Conveyor Material Placing Bucket Attachments dedicated to handle concrete and asphalt.  These buckets do not have the interior center bar.  They are equipped with a smooth conveyor belt and removable side chute.  However these buckets can be used in a similar manner as the Material Placing Conveyor Bucket. 

The Conveyor Material Placing Bucket attaches to a Skid Steer loader using the same quick connect attachment brackets found on most Skid Steer loaders.  The Conveyor Material Placing Bucket Attachment can also be used with a mid to full size Track Excavator, Wheel Loader or Telehandler (telescoping boom off-road forklift) via. a custom built quick attachment designed specifically for the brand/ model of manufacturer.  ​

This patented Conveyor Material Placing Bucket Attachment uses a full roller conveyor belt system (vs. a flat pan system of a competitor’s product).  All components related to the conveyor are easily accessible for quick replacement of components. ​​
